Controller: motography.hu (legal name, address and tax ID will be added before launch). Contact: hello@motography.hu.

2. What data we handle

When browsing: IP address for server operation (security, abuse prevention). Language and theme are stored locally on your device (localStorage, not cookies).

3. Why we handle it

To operate the site, maintain server security and for logging purposes.

4. How long we keep it

Logs: up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification or erasure at any time. Write to hello@motography.hu. You may also file a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).

6. Processors

Hetzner / DigitalOcean / other VPS provider (hosting, EU). The final list will be added on launch.
