1. The service
motography.hu is a free-to-browse platform that shows where and when motorcycle photographers are shooting in Hungary. Photographers listed on the site are independent professionals; contracts are made directly with them, outside this platform.
2. Contacting photographers
motography.hu displays shooting times and locations for informational purposes only. Each photographer is responsible for their own agreements, pricing and terms.
3. Digital photo downloads
Photos can be downloaded digitally after purchase. Download links are valid for a limited time. Images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless the photographer states otherwise.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun and the buyer has given prior consent. If you have a problem with an order, contact hello@motography.hu.
5. Quality
Each photographer is responsible for the quality of photos they upload. If photos do not match the description visible before purchase, contact hello@motography.hu — we will do our best to help.
6. Liability
motography.hu is not liable for agreements made with photographers, photo quality or the outcome of any shoot. All information is provided for reference only.
